I’m currently reading The Kite Runner. WOW! They’ve made it into a major motion picture (which means they will likely butcher it) but I highly recommend the book.

I just finished The Road. Unbelievable. I finished it on the plane home, and had to choke back tears and keep from openly sobbing.

I loved The Road. It is one of the few novels that I continued to mull over in my mind, even weeks after finishing it. Every aspect of the book, including the stark style of writing and minimal punctuation, reinforces the tone. Amazing.
